I graduated from the Culinary Apprenticeship program at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS.  During the 3 year program, I traveled around the world competing, learning, and yes, even working with Wolfgang Puck! Post college I spent time in Fine Dining, 5 Star Hotels, Casinos, and ultimately as the Executive Chef for Garmin International with American Food & Vending.  My experience includes most cuisines and techniques as well as catering, dinner parties, and holiday meals.

I can show you new styles and cuisines, provide you with those classic home cooked meals, and also work with specific diets, nutritional needs, and healthy eating habits.  Whatever your needs are with your weekly meals, I'll work with you to establish a menu that satisfies.  If you aren't sure what you want...let me introduce you to new and exciting dishes!

My Life

I've been married to Nadia for 4 years.  We love to travel and eat.  Some of the favorite places I've been are Cuba, New Zealand, Chile, Iceland, and Eastern Europe.  I was born in raised in KC, on the Kansas side (Go Jayhawks!).  In addition to traveling and cooking, I'm a die-hard Chiefs fan, BBQ enthusiast, and avid musician, playing the drums for over 22 years.  Those are our fur babies on the left, Charlie and Roxie.
